I support Ryan Adams
So apparently Ryan Adams had a “meltdown” this weekend during a performance in Minnesota.
As detailed by The Star Tribune:

Temperamental rock cult hero Ryan Adams had another meltdown in Minneapolis — this time at his sold-out concert Thursday night at the State Theatre.Throughout the show, the singer-guitarist complained about the sound monitors onstage. At one point, he literally moved two monitors, his microphone and his guitar pedals. After 70 minutes, he announced “the last song” and didn’t bother to return for an encore. Many of the fans stood and booed.
People need to lay off. My thoughts are this: Adams is probably too full of himself, but he is also very particular. If his music isn’t expressed perfectly, he gets upset. Adams is a modern day music genius and that’s because he is so obsessive about what is produced by him and his band. While, he may have angered some fans, they aren’t real, true fans if they were shocked/upset by Adams leaving early. Adams is where he is because of his eccentric behavior as it relates to music. So accept it as it is. One night, you’ll get two hours, another night you’ll get 70 minutes. But you’ll always be seeing a genius who desires for perfection and will accept nothing else.
