Operation Ivy’s Energy now remastered

Beginning on November 6, a new remastered and reissued version of Operation Ivy’s only album Energy will be available for purchase. Up until now, the album has been out of print for several years and the only way to acquire it is through means such as eBay.

Consider by many as one of the greatest punk/ska albums ever, Energy was Operation Ivy’s only album during their short two+ year existence. The band was composed of now Rancid members Tim Armstrong and Matt Freeman, Common Rider frontman Jesse Michaels, and Dave Mello. Despite growing success, the band broke up in 1989 over issues regarding their future and direction.
