It may sound a little corny, but Justice’s † was this year’s ultimate party album. DJs Gaspard Auge and Xavier de Rosnay made a splash in 2007 by creating an album that mixes electronic, Daft Punk-esque house music with funky techno beats. The result was an energetic a powerful, upbeat album that easily can already be considered in the upper echelon of it’s respective genre. Album highlights include the quirky, but unbelievable catchy “D.A.N.C.E.” and the particularly noisy “Stress”.
