2008 Festivals: News/Rumors (Part II)
Only a few, but pretty nice additions to Coachella and SXSW. The Led Zeppelin at Bonnaroo situation still is quite unclear.

Coachella 2008:
What we know:
- DREDG are confirmed.
- Dwight Yoakam is confirmed.
- The Breeders are confirmed.
- VHS or Beta are confirmed (?)
- Heidi Vogel w/ the Cinematic Orchestra are confirmed.
- Autolux are confirmed
- Kidsister are confirmed
- Deltron 3030 are confirmed*
- Chromeo are confirmed(?)*
- The Prodigy, David Bowie, MSTRKRFT* will not play at Coachella.
What we don’t know:
- Will Radiohead make an appearance? Some speculate yes, others say no…
- Will Simian Mobile Disco show up? They will be in the area.
- Green Day has an album coming out. While nothing has been really rumored, why not?
- Is My Bloody Valentine bluffing?
Bonnaroo 2008:
What we know:
- Robert Plant and Alison Krauss are confirmed.
- BB King is confirmed.
- Radiohead, Neil Diamond, Foo Fighters, and Lily Allen all won’t be at Bonnaroo.
What we don’t know:
- Will Led Zeppelin headline?
- Rush may be making an appearance? They have no date scheduled during Bonnaroo.
Lollapalooza 2008:
What we know:
- Rhymefest f/ Mucca Pazza is somewhat confirmed.
What we don’t know:
- Will Radiohead come back to the United States for Lolla?
- Will Foo Fighters come back to the United States for Lolla?
Vineland 2008:
What we know:
- Pretty much nothing. Everything has been hush hush.
What we don’t know:
- Will Rage Against the Machine be headlining?

South by Southwest 2008:
What we know:
- TECH N9NE is confirmed to perform
- Mala Rodriguez is confirmed to perform
- Hot Water Music are confirmed to perform*
- Lou Reed, Thurston Moore, Daryl Hall, and Seymour Stein are confirmed to speak
