Why? prep album, tour

The indie rock group better known as Why? will release Alopecia, their first LP in nearly three years, on March 11 on Anticon. The album is the follow up to 2005’s critically acclaimed Elephant Eyelash.

The Oakland-based group will release its finest album to date, Alopecia on March 11 and around the same time they’ll launch their biggest headlining tour to date, playing shows with pals like Br. Danielson, Cryptacize, Panther, YACHT, Mount Eerie and anticon labelmates Son Lux. WHY? will also be hitting up SXSW for the first time in several years, including a stop at our own Force Field PR / Terrorbird day party at Emo’s on March 12.
