Temple Pilots fly again…?
Lately, frontman Scott Weiland has been pretty jubilant about a Stone Temple Pilots reunion, hinting at something bigger to come this year. Call it what you will, but an STP reunion might fit excitingly well into the Lollapalooza lineup.
Then again, this is all hearsay and for anyone trying to predict a line up as vague and faraway as Lollapalooza, we have one thing to say, “Good luck!”
Personally, I think their addition alone would be a step up from yesterday’s Coachella news.
In the meantime, check out this old goodie from way back yonder:

I’ll laugh if STP and Foo play Lolla, then! Haha.
The STP reunion is full-on. 2 Festival’s are already booked. The dates are a month apart so far. One in May in Ohio(?), and the other is another slower-paced town/festival as well, and that is booked for july.
so actually 2 month’s in between. no offense, but i’m praying they play Virgin Fest3 here in Baltimore (Ridiculous how Lolla and VFest keep going head to head, wonder if it has anything to do with personal issues between Peri-pheral and Mr.Branson?). I’m more than willing to share though!
Must’ve been cool seeing Pearl Jam last year, but I was very surprised that’s all Perry pulled out of his MAGIC hat. We got The Police, Smashing Pumpkins, Velvet Revolver, Beastie Boys, Wu-Tang, 311, Incubus…
This year we should be getting Foo Fighters, R.A.T.M. First un-official rumor! Everyone around here know’s Foo’s are playing. This is Grohl’s home turf, and they coincidentally didn’t book anything in MD, DC, or VA for either leg of their upcoming US tour. Hope to get Queens of the Stone Age (theyre playing all of England’s V-Fests). Patientely waiting!
