Death Cab make CoS look bad

Well not really, but Death Cab for Cutie have finalized the tracklisting for their upcoming album Narrow Stairs (May 13 via Atlantic). And it turns out that the initial tracklist we posted a while back, turned out to be a tad it off.

A few changes to note: “The Remainder” has become “Long Division”, “Cath” now has some ellipsis points, and “You Can Do Better Than Me (But I Can’t Do Better Than You)” lost its parenthetical, thereby rendering it only half as ridiculously emo as it was before.

I blame Mr. Walla and company. As previously mentioned, co-Cabie Ben Gibbard debuted “The Ice is Getting Thinner” last year.

The band also announced a few tour dates…

04-18 Bremerton, WA - Admiral Theatre
04-19 Eugene, OR - McDonald Theatre
04-21 Arcata, CA - Van Dozer Theatre at Humbolt State
04-22 Davis, CA - Freeborn Hall at UC Davis
04-23 San Francisco, CA - The Fillmore
04-24 Las Vegas, NV - The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel
04-26 Indio, CA - Empire Polo Field (Coachella)
06-15 Manchester, TN - Bonnaroo

Some of these tickets go on sale Friday.
