Summer Festival Outlook (Part XV)
We haven’t done one of these in a while, but with the amount of goings on in recent day, it might be best to provide a little summary…

—
- There are a slew of early Lollapalooza confirmations. Among note? Bloc Party, MGMT, Spank Rock, and Concious Alliance just to name a few…
- The Black Lips, Flogging Molly, and Gogol Bordello are some of of the rumored acts currently floating around…
- Still no word on when an official announcement will be made, but there was a pre-sale ticket snafu today…
- Expect MGMT to added to this year’s lineup…
- Remember that poster we posted about earlier? We’re beginning to think it’s likely a fake… Either that or it’s outdated…
General stuff:
- Tom Petty and Steve Winwood are confirmed for the yet to be announced Outside Land Festival.
- Still no word on whether the Mile High Music Festival is going down, though that doesn’t stop the rumors…
- Joe Bonamassa is the first confirmed artist for this year’s ACL.
- Rachel Ray’s official SXSW party was officially announced today.
As always, check out our Summer Festival Outlook for all the latest news and rumors…

That Mile High Festival data is outdated. According to an article in the Denver Post http://www.denverpost.com/ci_8102180?source=rssdp just so you know. Also, you should add Monolith to the board.
Okay this may seem odd but does anyone know what album was playing on repeat from the mainstage the very first night of 10k 2007? or even who the artist was? I have not been able to find this out.
the Lollapalooza rumors have me excited. I may have to make it out there this year.
lol. APW info, por favor?
I am ashamed…
Bloc Party. without the k.
