You wouldn’t think an English folk legend and a smart-mouthed pop princess would make a good musical collaboration. But last weekend, Billy Bragg and Kate Nash made it look easy at the 2008 Shockwaves NME Awards.

Bragg and Nash also played together at this year’s Big Day Out.

Nash begins her second U.S. tour, which includes an appearance at Coachella, in mid-April.  Bragg new album Mr Love & Justice hits U.S. stores on April 22 via ANTI- Records.
