Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

It’s not too late to wish everyone a Happy St. Patrick’s Day, though most of the people who would be celebrating the holiday probably aren’t in the state to read this post.

Regardless, aside from the drinking aspect, this holiday also provides a great day of music, especially when it comes to those Irish influenced bands. The Dropkick Murphys are performing their annual celebration in Boston, The Pogues are touring the U.S. with Ted Leo, and Flogging Molly are in Tempe, Arizona.

And before you ask, Shane McGowan is touring with the Pogues. We can’t say whether he is sober though…

What are you doing for St. Patty’s Day? Two years ago, I was in Boston watching Dropkick. This year, I’m sitting on my laptop. I’m truly am the definition of pathetic.
