Death Cab drop new song, tour dates
In anticipation of their upcoming album, Narrow Stairs (5/13 via Atlantic), Death Cab for Cutie have released the album’s first single, “I Will Possess Your Heart”. It is currently available for download via Amazon and can also be streamed (for free!) using Real Player or Windows Media.

The group has also announced a series of U.S. tour dates, which includes stops at a few summer festivals and Colorado’s Red Rock Amplithere. Dates after the jump…
No Chicago date or show scheduled between August 1-3? Seems to me like Death Cab might be playing Lollapalooza…

I really like the song. It’s wierd that a single would have such a long instrumental intro.
I also feel like this is one of those songs that will translate into a live set amazingly well. I’ve only heard the song once, but I already want to see it live.
