Check Out: XXXChange remixes Panda Bear

Spank Rock’s XXXChange is out with yet another remix (see: Thom Yorke’s “Erasers”). This time around, the Brooklynite has dabbled around with Panda Bear’s song “Comfy In Nautica”.

Panda Bear approached the release of his 2007 solo album, Person Pitch, like a dance album, with almost all of its tracks being released as vinyl singles leading up to the album’s release. Now Panda has given the album’s lead track “Comfy in Nautica” to XXXChange (SpankRock, Kid Sister, Amanda Blank) to actually make it into a full-on dance floor smash.

We haven’t heard much from Panda Bear recently though Animal Collective are scheduled to appear at Pitchfork and the inaugural edition of All Points West. You’re going to have to head to Coachella to see Spank Rock…
