New management for Guns N’ Roses

Everyone knows that if Axl Rose steps outside for a Whopper, it’s pretty much news. Lately though, there’s been lots happening with the recluse. In addition to responding to Dr. Pepper’s offer, Rose has released word of new management.

I am very pleased to announce that Guns N’ Roses and I are now represented by the management team of Irving Azoff and Andy Gould. We are very excited and look forward to working with them and hope our relationship proves beneficial for everyone, especially the fans.

[Guns N' Roses]

What’s interesting is that this is the same management team that’s worked with Velvet Revolver, featuring the original Guns. Let’s not forget the rumors revolving around that band. This could get exciting, but let’s not get too overjoyed yet. Rose has been known for firing his management without any moment’s notice. Still, if there’s ever been a time to be excited over Chinese Democracy, it’s certainly now. With all the waiting (thirteen years, to be exact), we deserve a 12-pack of Dr. Pepper at this point.
