AC/DC and the farewell tour?
Don’t cry just yet, but rumors are spinning around that the Australian rockers might be coasting on
a highway to retirement. Would this be the start of many Farewell Tours a la Kiss or is this the real deal? Eddie Trunk, host of XM’s Boneyard/VH1 Classic, has the scoop apparently.
Eddie Trunk revealed a rumor on his “Friday Night Rocks” radio show on New York’s Q104.3 FM earlier tonight (Friday, March 28) that Australian hard rock legends AC/DC will embark on a “farewell” tour later in the year once the recording sessions for their new album have been completed.
This seems to go together with our other story weeks back, which hinted at AC/DC entering the studio for the first time in nearly a decade. If what Trunk is saying proves true, then rock will be dealt a harsh blow.

for real proof youll have to find an interview with one of the members i guess to really know i mean people who arent linked with AC/DC shouldnt be in a position to say whether it is or isnt a farewell tour though i am worried if that may be true as i seen them tonight at hampden park in glasgow and they had fireworks 20 minute solos rising platforms huge inflatables and what if they are putting more into it to say farewell . personally i think they should make another album .
