STP launch new website, announce tour tonight
To coincide with their big reunion later tonight, Stone Temple Pilots have unveiled a brand new website.
StoneTemplePilots.com, will serve as the official online destination for the tour and fan club which offers members exclusive access to presale tickets, in addition to access to a special VIP ticket package before it goes on sale to the general public. Presale tickets will be available this Thursday, 4/10, to fan club members.
My favorite part of the new site? The Velvet Revolver section on the message board.
Those pre-sale tickets mentioned above pertain to the upcoming 65 date U.S. summer tour, which will be announced at tonight’s performance. Currently there are only seven confirmed dates, which include appearances at Rock on the Range and the Virgin Mobile Festival. Watch out for a post with the complete tour dates later tonight…
The band also recently announced that they will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live in May.
