Chinese Democracy is actually finished?
Last week, there were reports that Axl Rose was giving record executives a taste of a finished Chinese Democracy. Now there is word that the Guns N’ Roses frontman has turned in the masters for the long awaited album to Geffen Records. Could this mean the unthinkable? Chinese Democracy is actually finished?
News comes in this week that the mythical album, almost 15 years in the making, is now complete, with Axl Rose playing the finished recordings to executives at Geffen Records prior to the album’s release last month. Now, it seems the final master has been handed over to the band’s record label to begin production, and draw up a promo campaign.
This comes in the wake of news that Rose is entertaining the idea of a reality television show leading up to the supposed release of the album.
Of course, if the album does come out this year, it means one thing…Free Dr.Pepper for everyone (except Slash and Buckethead)!

Starting with the Dr. Pepper ordeal, continuing with Rose’s response, and landing with word of new management and confirmation the album is complete. [...]
