Outside Lands makes additions
As if all of today’s festival news wasn’t enough, the inaugural edition of the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival has graced us with its first round of additions to this year’s lineup along with a day-by-day schedule.
We can’t keep the secret any longer: the daily line-ups and first artist additions are officially out of the bag for the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival taking place in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, Earth, on August 22, 23 & 24, 2008.
The plot thickens when the following artists stir it up: Lupe Fiasco, The Black Keys, Stars, Jackie Greene, Kaki King, Liars, Nicole Atkins & The Sea and Culver City Dub Collective.
As for the schedule, Friday looks particularly impressive, highlighted by Radiohead scheduled first ever night performance at Golden Gate Park to close out the day’s festivities. Check out the full day-by-day lineup and new poster below…

I love Electronica and all, but Not every festival has to have it.
Friday is pretty banging, I must say.
Sorry, but electronica pretty much inundates fests these days. Beck? Radiohead? Tom Petty? Wilco? Cold War Kids and Primus? This festival takes the cake for me… all the way to the bakery… with the other cakes.

Probably just going to go on friday, the other days aren’t very enticing.
Hopefully more additions will be made with some edm… hopefully.
