CoS: Coachella Coverage: Photos

Not only did Laurie Fanelli provide us with coverage for the entire weekend, but both she and her husband, Bill, took some photos, as well. Actually, that’s quite the understatement, as we have an impressive collection of images to share. They took a few baker’s dozens worth of photos, but I tried to slim it down some. Judging by these shots, I’m excited to see what they’ll snap up at Bonnaroo come June.

Here’s Coachella, for you…

  1. Wow, the Roger Waters set looks AMAZING. I was so upset when I missed his show in Chicago last year…

  2. Thanks! We actually got to the main stage for gogol, only about 1 hour early. With a few exceptions (m.i.a, prince, justice), it was a lot easier to navigate through the crowd this year than last year. I remember last year getting to the main stage about five hours early for Rage and nobody left their spots from that point on. This year, it seemed like after every band there was a lot of people moving out, and other people moving in.

  3. Great shot of Gogol! How long were you waiting in front of the stage before the set?
