Major “fallout” for Pete Wentz
Hmm…looks like emo can fight back after all! According to surfaced reports, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz has been dealt a lawsuit in regards to a fan beating after a Fall Out Boy show in Chicago last July.
Chicago resident Andy Kallas alleges the bassist and his ten members of his entourage attacked him at Schuba’s Tavern following a Fall Out Boy show “without authorization or provocation”. The 11 men “struck, kicked and beat” Kallas for several minutes causing “serious injuries to his head, mouth and face,” the suit alleges.
The fight supposedly started after a fan shot his mouth off to Wentz regarding his girlfriend, pop sensation Ashlee Simpson. However, Kallas claims he wasn’t the one who said the remarks. Kallas however claims he’s suffered “emotional injury and anxiety” and would like Wentz to pay him $200,000. The suffering comes after listening to Fall Out Boy? Oy vey!
