Virgin Festival Vancouver postponed

Virgin Festival Vancouver postponed

After its sister festivals announced their respective lineups and months had past since we got any form of an update regarding the 2008 edition of  Virgin Mobile Festival Vancouver, we were begining to wonder whether Vancouver would be the next victim to fall causality to the over saturation that is this summer festival season. Turns out we were right…

Citing “various reasons” that limited the festival’s ability to create a solid lineup, Goldenvoice and Virgin Mobile have decided to postpone Virgin Mobile Festival Vancouver 2008, instead choosing to take a break until next summer.

Linkin Park and Stone Temple Pilots had been rumored as possible headliners for this year’s Virgin Vancouver.
