Disturbed prep new album
On June 3rd, Chicago hard rockers Disturbed will release their 4th studio album titled Indestructible via Reprise Records.
In support of the upcoming release, the band recently dropped the album’s artwork. The first word that popped into my head regarding this cover was ‘epic,’ or was it ‘savage?’ I can’t remember. Either way, this album artwork rocks, and we can only hope that interior material will be as good as the exterior.

Speaking of the album’s sound, guitarist Dan Donegan spoke of the Indestructible recordings in an interview last year with “The Big Rock Show”…
“it’s a lot ballsier than we’ve written. There’s gonna be those signature things that are us, just ’cause stylistically that’s the way we perform, and David [Draiman], vocally, is always gonna sound like him, so… he’s got some big melodic moments, but there’s some still aggressive stuff — just a lot ballsier, I think. [We're] trying to get a good blend of the elements of the past three CDs to try to evolve into something fresh and new for us as well.”
No better way to represent aggression than a massive ‘spawn-like’ character wrapped in chains and spikes walking through a pit of hell smiling.
