Radiohead will record after tour
Radiohead will soon return to the studio to begin recording the followup to In Rainbows. It just won’t be before the start of their U.S. tour, as initially anticipated, since after all, it did kick off last night.
In an interview with BBC Radio 1, guitarist Ed O’Brien revealed that the English natives will return to the studio following the last of their tour dates, which will be sometime in October.
“Because by the end of the tour, you’re bored of what you’re playing.
“You need more life and energy and the only way to do that is writing new songs.”
Sadly for fans, O’Brien won’t be pushed on when the new songs are likely to be unveiled.
He said: “It could be five years, it could be the end of this year, it’s whether it’s any good, that’s the point.
“We’ve just got to do it and see if it’s any good.”
Whenever the album is released, unlike In Rainbows, it will not go through the “pick your own price” release process.

amazing, cant wait to hear another piece of genius music.
