Janet Jackson set to tour
Though it’s not the mega tour that I’d hoped (you know, the one with her big brother), it’ll do. Janet Jackson is set to grace the stage this year, with
dates already confirmed. The tour kicks off in Canada, of all places, and meanders its way down to the North Eastern coastal cities. Here’s the kicker, its called the “Rock Witchu” tour. For those that don’t get the reference, please bury your head in the sand. Anyway, here’s the nitty gritty…
The Live Nation produced tour kicking off in Vancouver, BC on September 10th, will feature dates in DC, New Jersey, Oakland, Montreal, and Toronto to name a few and is expected to hit major markets as it travels across the country. Tickets go on sale for the first shows beginning Saturday, June 7th, and are available at Livenation.com.
Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning June 2 at 10am ET through Citi’s Private Pass Program®. Until Michael’s added, you can count me out. There’s something second hand about Janet Jackson, as if I’m there to see something else, and no it doesn’t involve her breasts. She just never really stood out for me and to be honest, I actually got her stuff mixed up with Paula Abdul’s once.
