Make Music Pasadena: Another free festival

As part of the upcoming World Music Day on June 21, the first annual Make Music Pasadena will offer a free musical celebration throughout the main districts in Pasadena, California in hopes of encouraging “he community to find their inner artistic talents, and to unite them with new audiences.”

Among the names schedueled to take part in the festival include:

The Ravonettes, Kinky, Dengue Fever, The Little Ones, Autolux, Nortec Collective presents Bostich + Fussible, Division Day, Plasticines, Dead Rock West, Jesca Hoop, Everest, Jessica Fichot, AM, and Meiko

Of course, you don’t have to be in a band to participate in the festivities. Everyone is encouraged to make music throughout the city during this day. You can also submit to play on one of the main stages.

    This is ridic— I’m camping out. AM has been on my ipod for 3 years straight. he has this song Losing You that has taken me through everything I have lived through. I’m emailing him now on the space to see if he’ll play it.
