Kanye now playing late night at Bonnaroo

It turns out folks attending this year’s edition of Bonnaroo, set to begin in just four short days, will fully be able to “experience” Kanye West’s “Glow in the Dark Tour”.

In attempt to eliminate an apparently huge conflict between the hip-hop star and Jack Johnson along with giving fans a chance to watch Kanye’s much talked about current show in a true late night atmosphere, Bonnaroo has changed his time slot on the Saturday schedule.

We are excited to announce that Kanye West will now be performing a late night show on the Main Stage on Saturday, June 14th instead of the previously announced time! This scheduling change is being made to allow Kanye to fully present his critically acclaimed “Glow In The Dark” show.

This show marks the first time that anyone has played a late night set on the Main Stage, and it promises to be one of the festival’s many highlights.

West will now take the stage at 2:45 a.m., opposite Phil Lesh, Talib Kweli, and Ghostland Observatory on the schedule.

Consequence of Sound will be live and on-site at Bonnaroo for all of this year’s fesitivies. Be sure to check the site throughout the weekend for blurbs, recaps, and exclusive interviews!

  2. [...] And yet even though this year’s schedule is pretty much set in stone, aside from the recent Kanye West late night switch and the still TBA superjam, the Manchester, Tennessee music festival is still throwing out new [...]
