Interview: Tiësto

Interview: Tiësto

Before his late night performance on Friday night at Bonnaroo, world renowned DJ Tiësto sat down exclusively with our own Matt Friedman to answer a few questions. One of the late additions to this year’s lineup, the Grammy nominated DJ, along with special guests Jose Gonzalez, Tegan & Sara, and Cary Brothers, performed in front of a packed and soaked crowd into the early hours of the morning - resulting in what best could be described as a show of epic proportions.

Tiësto, who has been consistently named as the World’s Best DJ thanks to notables headlining performances at the 2004 Olympic Games and last year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, is currently touring in support of his recently released compilation mix, In Search of Sunrise 7: Asia.

  2. Thanks for the catch. I blame the press release. :)

  3. No prob! I made the same mistake over the weekend and someone corrected me too.

  4. He seems so well-grounded and approachable. Apparently his fame has done little to thwart his personality.
