Ben Kweller plans EP, tour along with new album
Along with gearing up for the upcoming release of his fourth studio album, Changing Horses, likely due out some time before the end of the year, Ben Kweller also has a few other related events to look forward to in the coming months.
The former Brooklyn, now Austin based singer/songwriter has announced plans to release a new EP in September. Entitled How Ya Lookin’ Southbound? Comein…, the EP will reportedly contain “a few songs from Changing Horses plus a handful of new and previously unreleased tunes,” and will be available at upcoming tour dates.
As for Changing Horses, details remain a tad bit sketchy, though we knows songs entitled “Waiter at the Station” and “Fight” will be included on the tracklist.
Speaking of upcoming shows, though Kweller currently only has one upcoming date scheduled in the U.S., a full fall tour leading up to the recently unveiled European tour dates is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
