BSS to embark on “Something For All Of Us” tour
In support of the upcoming physical release of Brandon Canning’s Broken Social Scene Presents solo album, Something for All of Us…, the Canadian based band has announced details for a late summer North American tour.
These dates, which include festival stops at Lollapalooza, Outside Lands and Sunset Junction, take the band across the West Coast and for the first time in the groups career, down to South America. For this tour, Broken Social Scene will be appearing as a seven-piece, featuring the talents of Broken Social Scene staples Brendan Canning, Kevin Drew, Justin Peroff, Charles Spearin as well as Sam Goldberg, Leon Kingstone and Apostle of Hustle’s Andrew Whiteman.
Obviously a long shot to begin with, but I suppose this means no Fiest or Emily Haines for Lollapalooza…

Hey I never said I didn’t want something big to happen. I truly hope BSS brings the whole gang for one huge performance at Lolla. All I did above is report a story.
your an idiot to beleive that they will play with a 7 peice lineup at lollapalooza when they had such a great time 2 years ago. i highly doubt there will only be the 7 guys.
none of the other social scene-rs have anything planned that day of lolla so we will see what happens..
Too Bad They’re Not Comming Around This Neck Of The Woods. And it stinks that feist nor emily haines will not be a part of this tour.
