Adventure gears up for first album, tour

If you checked out yesterday’s Friday Mixtape and/or the lineup for this weekend’s Whartscape Festival, you might recognize the name Adventure. Since signing with Carpark Records last spring, he 24-year-old, North Carolina born musician, who also goes by Benny Boeldt, has been gaining quite buzz for his Sega Genesis produced, Wham City approved sounds. While a bit reminiscent of he who should not be named, Adventure offers a better, fresher, and much more legal sound, something that will surely be heard on his upcoming debut album and first ever full tour.

Adventure’s self-titled 11 track album will see release on September 23 via Carpark. In addition to the below tour dates, he will also be participating in the Wham City Round Robin Tour come the fall.
