TV on the Radio’s back with new LP, tour
Two years ago, New York’s own TV on the Radio released Return to Cookie Mountain to critical praise across the board, including high slots in Time’s, Pitchfork’s, and Rolling Stone’s Best of 2006 lists. Helped by singles “Wolf Like Me” and “Hours”, the critical darling received the stamp of approval by the likes of even David Bowie, who appeared on the album. With that type of success, one is bound to get excited for any news of a follow up.
Dear Science, will be the group’s third, official studio record. While previous label 4AD will handle it’s September 22nd international release, Interscope will put out the North American release which is set a day after on the 23rd. There’s not much else to be said, except that there will be a tour kicking off in a matter of weeks, so expect some new material to debut there.
Our mouths are watering already.
