Metallica has revealed one of the last pieces to Death Magnetic’s long, drawn out journey – its tracklist. After dropping the artwork for the band’s forthcoming, ninth studio album last week the band has officially confirmed the titles of the effort’s 10 tracks via a posting on their official website.

Death Magnetic Tracklist:
01. That Was Just Your Life
02. The End Of The Line
03. Broken, Beat & Scarred
04. The Day That Never Comes
05. All Nightmare Long
06. Cyanide
07. The Unforgiven III
08. The Judas Kiss
09. Suicide & Redemption
10. My Apocalypse

Perhaps the most interesting tad bit from the tracklist is the inclusion of “The Unforgiven III”, a song as Unreality Music points out, looks to be a continuation of a theme which was begun with the Black Album. Besides that, anyone else feeling a bit depressed after reading the above names?

Of course, as we’ve pointed out earler this point, you’ll have several choices on how you’ll be able to check out Metallica’s first new material in nearly five years. Do you go for the standard copy or dabble in one of the digital deluxe “experience” editions? Or dare you go for for the Coffin? No worries, with a mid-September release date, you still have plenty of time to make up your mind.
