Ryan Adams recording and touring!?!?
It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Ryan Adams. With his blogging career now official over, the North Carolia native has been laying low recently, only making an occasional headline or two thanks to a new website design and book deal. Oh yeah, and that Courtney Love thing too…
But with his upcoming support gigs with Oasis approaching, Adams is gearing up for a busy fall, evening going as far as adding a number of new U.S. tour dates - apparently all in anticipation of a new album?
No additional details were shed as to what this new album may be or when it will see the light of day. We’re guessing it probably relates to Adams’ “soulful” Magik. Either that or the next Cardinals album, The Cardinals III/IV.
Speaking of the Cardinals, Adams will again by accompanied by the group on all of his upcoming tour dates. The band currently is composed of Neal Casal, Chris Feinstein, Jon Graboff and Brad Pemberton.
