After live debut, Hollywood Undead announces record, U.S. tour

After officially unveiling themselves and resultingly pissing people off at last weekend’s Virgin Mobile Festival, the men behind Hollywood Undead have announced plans for their first full-length album and tour. The record, entitled Swan Songs and scheduled to hit record stores on September 2 via A&M Octone, will offer a mix of both previously unheard selections and Myspace approved favorites.

Some two weeks after the release, the California outfit will take their “gimmick” on the road with a month long North American tour. Tickets are now available via ticketmaster.com.

  1. I know CoS regards itself as a wide media source on music. But if you never report on these Jokers again, I would not mind at all.

Slipknots meets Motley Crue with the “Suck” turned up to 10.

  2. i’m actually really curious here…

how much of a crowd did these guys have at V-fest? and what kind of reception did they get?

  3. Hollywood undead rocks, I don’t know why everyone here is so sceptical. These boys spread like wild fire wherever they go and wherever they are herd. I’m just sad they are only going to be touring for a month and aren’t going to make it to Raleigh. They got a lot of fans over here.

  4. Rats!!! I wish they would come right next door 2 tha city of guns and roses, PORTLAND. We eff wit undead all day!!! What about us?
