Neko Case spills the beans on new album
Even with her main outfit busy curating festivals and planning a trip to Australia, Neko Case has still found some time to record some new material and come March 2009, the finish product will be hitting iPods and record players everywhere. Entitled Middle Cyclone, the Virginia native’s newest effort will mark her first solo effort since 2006’s Fox Confessor Brings the Flood.
Details still remain a bit sketchy, but the album was reportedly recorded at Wavelab Studios in Case’s current hometown of Tuscon, Arizona.
In the meantime, fans of Case can get their fix at any of her upcoming stops…

And FYI fans, due to “scheduling conflicts,” she won’t be appearing at the Monolith Festival at Red Rocks near Denver.
Montanna, Thanks for the heads up, but I really don’t think whether or not we got the hometown correct factors on the accuracy of the story. The news comes from an interview Neko did with a newspaper.
Yeah, shes from the US, also I think she lives in Chicago.
