Janet Jackson wants to “rock witchu”
Considering we’ve spent quite a bit of time in recent months detailing Madonna’s upcoming plans, it would only right to show another of music’s more popular divas some love. At the ripe young age of 42, Janet Jackson has announced dates for her two-month, North American “Rock Witchu” tour.
The stint, in support of the Indiana native’s recently released tenth studio album, Discipline, will mark Jackson’s first major tour in nearly seven years and the first since that rather public incident.
Jackson’s shows have always been heavy on choreography and glitzy sets. But she promised fans some surprises this time around.
“It will definitely be a big production but it will definitely also be something that I’ve never done before, that people have never seen from me before,” [Jackson] said.
No word on whether wardrobe malfunctions will be part of the production. Worldwide dates are accepted to be announced in the months ahead.

I just saw a commercial on TV advertising Janet Jackson’s Witchu Tour. I’ve never been a fan, although she looks polished and I’m tempted to catch a concert (if I can afford the Janet Jackson concert tickets). I enjoyed a recent interview where she described her upcoming tour, I think on Larry King Live.
