Seaweed working on new album

Seaweed working on new album

Seattle, Washington post-hardcore, post-grunge, post-alternative rock, post-whatever rockers Seaweed are making some moves. After reuniting to play the Fest last year, Sub Pop’s 20th Anniversary Festival and a few select shows (mostly in the northwest United States), the band has decided to try writing music again. With new drummer, Jessie Fox (frontman for To The Waves), Seaweed is currently writing the album, but promises to record and release it in the near future (the band also claims that “it will be really, really good!”)

Check out:

The band has three shows planned, but let’s hope that they will add more soon.

Seaweed 2008 Tour Dates:
09/06 – Portland, OR @ Musicfest NW
10/17 – Austin TX @ Red 7 w/ Shaft and more
10/18 – Houston, TX @ Walter’s w/ Bring Back the Guns, Bridge & Tunnel
