With its new album, Lost In The Sound Of Separation, set for release this week, Underoath is giving fans all sorts of early tastes. In addition to streaming the follow up to 2006’s Define the Great Line via their myspace, the Florida natives have also unveiled the video for the album’s first single, “Desperate Times, Desperate Measures”.

“It was really hard figuring out what we wanted to do for this video because we worked with Popcore Film for our entire last record, and we were super satisfied with our work with them, but we really felt liked we needed a change.”

If you’re looking for some live renditions of Lost In The Sound Of Separation’s 11 tracks, described to be much heavier and darker than much of band’s more recent material, Underoath will be providing plenty of opportunities to do so at any of its upcoming tour stops.
