James Lavelle goes solo, UNKLE gets remixed

Hot off the physical release of its new studio album, End Titles… Stories For Film, UNKLE is finding all sorts of creative ways to celebrate. Aside from a much-anticipated, upcoming performance in London with long-time collaborators Ian Brown and Ian Astbury, the English outfit will use the coming weeks to unveil another new release. Only this time around, UNKLE’s latest product is not only more limited, but a bit “mixed up.”

Released only as 12″ vinyl and digitally, Remix Stories (Vol 1) is an extremely limited UNKLE collector’s item that features four unreleased remixes taken from the last two albums (War Stories and End Titles… Stories for Film). Remix Stories will be released as follows…

  • 15th September - UK Retail Stores
  • 6th October - All Digital Outlets

Shortly afterwards, UNKLE’s James Lavelle will embark on a month-long, solo DJ tour in Asia and North America. Full list of upcoming tour dates can be found below…
