Deerhoof readies new album and tour

Deerhoof will look to follow up on the success of 2007’s Friend Opportunity with the release of its brand new studio album, Offend Maggie, on October 7th via Kill Rock Stars. As foreshadowed in the cover art, the 14-track effort is described as very revealing “major thrill ride”…

Offend Maggie is half-naked, creating tension through negative space. Fans around the globe who’ve seen how powerfully they play on stage will recognize the Deerhoof they hear on Offend Maggie: all fingers and arms and throats and muscles, physical, at times beautiful, at times brutal.

Pre-order now through KRS and receive handwritten sheet music for all of Offend Maggie. Also be sure to let the San Francisco natives know your preferred charity.
