AC/DC announces first leg
AC/DC has announced the first leg of its planned 18-month world tour. Kicking off in the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, (so much for the Chicago rumor), the 24-date stint, the band’s first trek in nearly eight years, will see the classic rockers stop by a number of North America cities in support of the upcoming, Walmart exclusive, Black Ice (October 20th).
Tickets for the fall dates will go on sale begining September 20th via Ticketmaster.com and ACDC.com. AC/DC is expected to travel to South America, Europe, and Asia following its North American itinerary. In the meantime, perhaps it’d be a good idea to catch up on the album’s recently revealed first single, “Rock N’ Roll Train”, while you’re waiting…
