Watch: Ben Fold’s “awesome” video
Talk about an arsenal of creativity here. Ben Folds, known for his past collaborations, has gone all out this time in this new music video. The video is for “You Don’t Know Me”, one of the singles off his upcoming disc Way to Normal, due out September 30th. And to say it’s “weird” and “different” would be an understatement.
Directed by the “creative” minds of Tim and Eric (of Tim and Eric: Awesome Show, Great Job!), the video sports Folds in his typical do, outside of a blue-screened home. It’s surreal and weird, but what do you expect from the same guys who cover themselves in goo and dress like hideous women? To make things even zanier, our favorite singer/songwriter (*ahem* Regina Spektor *ahem*) makes an appearance, too.
Sadly, she’s not actually in the video.
