Do bear in mind that we are talking about Scott Weiland and anything is possible, but at least as of today, the Stone Temple Pilots frontman is still on track to release Happy in Galoshes, his second full-length studio effort, on November 25th. Today, Weiland offered two tastes of the upcoming album - “Paralysis”, which features guest appearances by No Doubt’s Adrian Young, is available on Spin.com, while the guitar friendly “Missing Cleveland” can be heard on Weiland’s MySpace.
