Bob Dylan unveils fall tour, new single
Whether a fan of the singer/songwriter’s live performances or not, one can’t help but be awed by Bob Dylan’s seemingly never ending itinerary. Despite spending much of the year on the road - 79 dates in total - the 67-year-old is showing no signs of wear and is back with a new slew of fall tour stops.
Beginning in October, Dylan will embark on a fall tour, which will include performances throughout Canada and North America. So far, 11 dates have been announced with pre-sales ticket opportunities now ongoing. Additional locations will be announced in the coming weeks.
Dylan also recently released “Mississippi”, a song from his latest new release, Tell Tale Signs - The Bootleg Series Vol. 8, as a free download via Amazon.com. The previously unreleased selection is a “drastically different rendering, featuring more “tripped-down and soulful sound” than the one appearing on 2001’s Love and Theft.
If you’re looking for something a bit more modern, you could always check out Wilco and Fleet Foxes’ newly unveiled rendition of Dylan’s “I Shall Be Released”. This one is free too, well, unless you considering voting in the upcoming presidental election a serious cost.

How does the free download work? It seems that they want people to register, but what if you have already been registered?
