Watch: Okkervil River’s “Lost Coastlines”

Since releasing The Stand-Ins a few weeks back, Okkervil River has certainly been living up to the concept of the album’s title. Between the covers by friends and now, its new video for “Lost Coastlines”, the Will Sheff led band has gone through its fair share of “stand-ins.” In the video, directed by Seth & Bobby, Okkervil performs through TV screen heads, while a group of - yep, you guessed it, stand-Ins play as their bodies. While at first a bit silly, the whole thing turns out fairly interesting, and proves its point quite nicely at the end. It is hard to tell just what went into making it, but it sure looks cool.
