Watch: The Killers stop by SNL

Sarah Palin impersonations and Queen Latifah appearances weren’t the only things last night’s edition of Saturday Night Live offered up. Ahead of their forthcoming new studio album, Day & Age, The Killers used the opportunity as the evening’s musical guests to perform two brand new selections, “Human” and “Spaceman”.

“Human”, the album’s first single, was previously debuted on the radio and is now available as a digital download, while “Spaceman” has been floating around since early August. However, this marked the first time the Las Vegas outfit has performed the songs within the United States. Plus, Brandon Flowers’ feather suit just adds to the spectacle…

Combine this with the recently unveiled tracklisting, and well, I think it’s safe to say it’s time to officially get excited. Day & Age hits music stores everywhere November 25th on Island Records.
