The Killers announce new round of tour dates

Soon enough, fans of The Killers will have plenty of opportunities to check out “Human”, “Spaceman”, and all the other previously debut material from the forthcoming Day & Age without having to sit behind a computer monitor. In support of the release of their third full-length studio endeavor, set for release on November 25th, the Las Vegas outfit has announced plans that will take the band around the world during the first quarter of 2009.

In addition to a number of new European dates, which will include stops in Germany, Italy, and France during the month of March, The Killers have also unveiled the first leg of their long-awaited North American tour, set to kick off January 17th in Denver, Colorado. The current itinerary excludes most West Coast and Canadian cites so one would have to think another leg will be announced sooner rather than later.

Tickets for all shows will be on sale to fan club members first and then the general public, beginning October 31st via ticketmaster.com and livenation.com.
