Noah hops back on Whale and heads to U.S.

After frolicking around the world somewhat randomly for the last couple months in support of their recently released debut album, Peaceful, The World Lays Me Down, British folk pop enthusiasts Noah and The Whale will soon focus their entire attention on the U.S. Beginning in December, the five-piece outfit will embark on the month-long tour, where they will seek to stop by some of the cities they skipped or disappointed (?) earlier this fall. Now on to more important things: do they travel by whale, or does Noah have a faster and more plausible means of transportation?

Josh (SOTS): Do you feel a bit of an odd duck in the British popular music scene?

Doug Fink (NOAH): Oh yeah.

Charlie Fink (NOAH): To be honest, you know it’s so far removed, that you don’t necessarily feel apart of it. It’s only when you watch, like when they show the rundown of the top twenty videos, and they’ve got all these polished video’s of dancing, and then you’ve got our Super-8 kind of stuff (take below for example).
