The Raveonettes drop third EP, a few tour dates
The Ravonettes are back with part three of their four-part EP extravaganza. After using September to offer two EPs, the free Raveonettes Remixed and electro-heavy Sometimes They Drop By, the Danish outfit Sune Rose Wagner and Sharin Foo have followed up the releases with Beauty Dies, featuring four tracks recently described as “crazed out” by Wagner.
It’s a little bit more interesting to write and record four songs at a time than having to concentrate on 12-14 songs for a full length. This way you can do something new and exciting on all three of them. I wish people just recorded singles instead of albums, actually.

The EP, highlighted by “Black/White,” a song originally recorded for Gap’s Sound of Color project, is currently available as a digital download at all online media outlets. For those more into streams, you can get a preview listen of Beauty Dies via Spinner.
The Ravonettes coupled the release with a few new tour dates that will see the group hit up both coasts at the start of the new year.
