Cut Copy, Matt & Kim: Coming soon to a city near you
It seems like Cut Copy has been on the road forever. Oh, that’s right, because they have. Since releasing In Ghosts Colours way back when, the Australian natives have been crisscrossing the globe, delivering their perfect mix of 80s synth, 70s disco, 60s psychedelia, and modern electronica night after to night for folks all around the world. Perhaps away of this fact, Cut Copy has announced its intentions to soon head back to the studio. But before they can do so, Dan Whitford and Co. will look to get one last trek in for old times sake.
Beginning in early March, Cut Copy will team up with Matt & Kim and a few TBA DJs for a month-long tour across North America. A performance at Austin’s Stubb’s will kick things off, ultimately meaning neither group will likely make an appearance at SXSW. Oh well, considering they’ll be traveling nearly everywhere in March, things aren’t all that bad.
