Considering all the goings on in the rap world these days (see: Kanye, Eminem, 50 Cent, etc.), it pays to do as much as possible. Take Lil Wayne for example. Between surviving a fake death, Tuesday’s free release of Dedication 3, work on Tha Carter IV, and recently announced plans for an eight-week North American tour, the Louisiana native is doing everything short of a Thom Yorke collaboration, which in all reality will probably go down in the next couple months as well.

Hot off the release of his new mixtape, Lil Wayne has unveiled specifics for his much-talked about upcoming tour, including dates for the first leg and names of those previously promosied special guests who will be joining along for the fun. On December 6th, the rapper will kick off the first half of the eight-week “I Am Music” tour, which will feature the likes of T-Pain, Keyshia Cole, Gym Class Heroes, Keri Hilson on select dates. As expected, M.I.A., who is gearing up for the birth of her first child, will not be taking part.
